AmTrust Conference

Each year, AmTrust hosts a conference to update key staff and management on the company’s financial performance and upcoming developments. For their latest event at Everyman Cinema in Leeds, Bodewell was on hand to document the two-day gathering with professional event photography.

Beyond capturing the event itself, we saw an opportunity to add even more value. Knowing that several management team members had missed previous headshot sessions, we set up a discreet on-site studio to capture the necessary portraits—ensuring consistency across the company’s professional imagery.

By integrating the headshot session into an already busy event shoot, we maximised the client’s budget while delivering a seamless, on-brand visual identity for AmTrust’s leadership team.
