While setting up a bespoke exhibition stand for a client at the Flood & Water Management Expo at Birmingham’s NEC, the Bodewell team was approached by a member of FloodRe’s marketing team. Impressed by our work, they wanted to create an exciting and impactful exhibition stand of their own.

Fast forward 18 months, and when FloodRe was ready, we jumped into action—designing a modular, easy-to-pack-down stand that not only commands attention but is also highly practical. Our solution allows for seamless replacement of any broken or marked elements, ensuring a longer lifespan and greater cost efficiency.

Sustainability was at the heart of this project. By using recyclable and renewable materials, we delivered an exhibition stand that aligns with both FloodRe’s ethical values and financial considerations—without compromising on design or quality.
